The transaction meaningfully expands C&S’s specialty chemical manufacturing footprint, deepens its position in the industrial end market, and enhances supply across its broader services platform. The combination brings together two organizations with deeply complementary capabilities and a shared commitment to customer service, creating a stronger platform to support customers’ long-term growth. The transaction marks C&S’s 15th acquisition since 2022, underscoring its disciplined growth strategy and commitment to expanding capabilities for its customers.
