C&S Chemicals (“C&S”), a vertically-integrated provider of specialty chemical treatment services for water treatment, hygiene, and sanitization applications, has partnered with Aquaphase, Inc. (“Aquaphase”), a provider of cooling tower and boiler water treatment services and chemicals. This acquisition expands C&S’s industrial water treatment footprint into the Mid-South and further strengthens the platform’s national presence in the recurring chemical services market. The current management team at Aquaphase will continue leading the business going forward.
